We ship to North and South Americas by FedEx, DHL and USPS only from our shipping facility in New York, USA. All shipments are insured for the actual value. Please note: as a shipper, we can’t control any Customs clearance or other Postal delays in the country of destination. We guaranty fast processing times from our shipping facility only.

Counterfeit TV Set-Top Boxes are not working properly, have a very high rate of defective products, are incompatible with software upgrade and are not covered by warranty.
